Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
